Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: All European countries.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany: 

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of €2.90 per order.

Deliveries abroad:

We charge flat rate shipping costs abroad as follows:

EU (except Germany): €4.90

Remaining countries (Worldwide): €9.90

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 3-10 days, for international deliveries within 5-15 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the goods are dispatched.
